We are glad that you have a desire to get to know us a little more. Here is what you can expect when you attend one of our weekly worship services.
Parking and Entrances
Our address is 505 Williams St O’Neill, NE 68763. Feel free to park in our lot accessible from Williams St. Additional parking is available along Williams St in the grass just outside of the fence of the football field. You may enter on the west side, which will take you into the fellowship hall, or you can enter on the north side which will take you into the foyer between the auditorium and the fellowship hall.
Worship Flow
Our worship service begins at 10:30am and lasts for about an hour and fifteen minutes. We incorporate a blend of newer worship songs and older hymns and gospel songs. Communion is served every week and all followers of Jesus are welcome to participate. A time for people to share prayer requests and praises is also provided. Sermons usually last between 30 and 35 minutes.
Clothing
We do require people wear clothes when they worship with us. There is no specific dress code. People choose to wear clothes on a spectrum from casual to semi-formal.
Childcare
We provide nursery for children 6 months to two years old during the sermon and communion part of the service. As we continue to adapt to staffing challenges, nursery might not be available every Sunday. Also, there is a room in the back of the auditorium where children may be brought if they are too noisy or need to be fed.
